Reminder that this Sunday evening at 7 pm in the Hill Rd. Pavilion we will be holding our monthly meeting. 

This is an important meeting!  This is the start of our nominations process for board positions.  The board positions that will be up for nominations at the next two monthly meetings are President, Logistics Coordinator, and Secretary.  Voting for these positions will occur in June and the new officers will take office in August.  Any DBYS member can nominate or be nominated for these positions.  This is an important time in our organization.  If you are interested in learning more about the responsibilities of these positions, feel free to reach out to one of the current board members for more information.   

Hope to see you at the meeting.  Other topics of importance include: softball committee report, planning of majors and minors playoffs, field and equipment updates, tournament reports, and many other current issues.
